Fundraiser: Mommy & Me Yoga + Sound Bath

Service Description

Join us for a special Mommy & Me Yoga + Sound Bath experience benefiting Stronger Futures Foundation, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting single mothers in our community. This all-levels class is designed for moms to move, connect, and unwind while little ones are welcome to participate, cuddle, or simply be themselves. We'll begin with a gentle, family-friendly yoga practice led by Fit & Flow Mom Club, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath by Aligned Energy Healing, creating space to slow down, recharge, and enjoy a meaningful experience together. We're grateful to ELE Holistic Movement & Flow for hosting this special event and helping make it possible. Whether you're joining to support a great cause, spend quality time with your little one, or simply take a moment to care for yourself, we'd love to have you with us. Mats will be provided. What to bring: Water and anything your little one may need for comfort during class. All proceeds will support Stronger Futures Foundation and its mission to empower and uplift single mothers.
