Simple, Flexible Pricing

Most Fit & Flow Mom Club classes, pop-ups, and special events are booked and paid for individually, so you can choose what works best for your schedule.

For select recurring classes, we also offer a 4-Class Pack at a discounted rate for moms who plan to join us more regularly. Please note that the pack does not apply to all offerings. Special events, pop-ups, partner experiences, prenatal specialty events, and other select classes may be priced separately.

4-Class Pack
75$$18.75 per classValid for 3 months- Valid for 3 months from first use
- Valid on regularly-scheduled classes & some events
- Excludes prenatal and some events

4-Class Pack Terms: Valid for three months from the date of purchase and may be used only for eligible Fit & Flow Mom Club classes. The pack does not apply to special events, pop-ups, partner experiences, or other excluded offerings. Class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable except where otherwise required by law. Rescheduling or class credit may be available subject to our cancellation policy and the original expiration date of the pack.

Registration Required
Advance registration is required for each class.

Waiver Requirement
All participants must complete the Participant Agreement, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability prior to participating.​
