Yesterday, we had the privilege of speaking to Dr. Colleen Robb’s Social Entrepreneurship class at FGCU about building Fit & Flow Mom Club and using business as a way to create meaningful community impact.

As we reflected on everything that’s happened over the past seven months, it really hit us how much can grow from one simple mission: helping moms feel supported, strong, and connected.

We’re so grateful to Dr. Robb and her students for welcoming us, asking thoughtful questions, and allowing us to share both the wins and the lessons we’ve learned along the way.

When we started just seven months ago, our dream was to create a welcoming space where moms could move, connect, and build community. Because of you, that dream has grown into so much more.

When I (Athena) became pregnant, I assumed I'd continue doing what I'd always loved: yoga.

Instead, I found myself feeling like I didn't quite belong.

Some teachers were wonderful. Others didn't know how to accommodate pregnancy. Some encouraged things I later learned weren't recommended. And in my area, there weren't even prenatal classes available.

I remember thinking...

There has to be a better experience for moms.

That experience changed the way I teach forever.

Today, every class I lead is designed so moms don't have to wonder if they're welcome. Whether you're newly pregnant, nearing your due date, postpartum, or somewhere in between, you'll be met with understanding.

Every mom deserves movement that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.

Our Prenatal Yoga + Sound Bath was an afternoon of movement, deep relaxation, and connection, for both mom and baby. Led by Athena, our Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, alongside Morgan, a doula, with her beautiful sound bath designed specifically for pregnancy, this experience was created to help moms feel supported, grounded, and cared for.

To make the day even more special, each mama went home with thoughtful gifts for herself and her little one, while enjoying complimentary prenatal lymphatic massages to encourage relaxation and wellness.
