About
Fit & Flow Mom Club
Fit & Flow Mom Club was created to give moms a place to move, connect, and feel supported through pregnancy, postpartum, and well beyond the baby stage.

We offer yoga, Pilates, fitness, prenatal classes, Mommy & Me movement, mom-only events, and family experiences throughout Southwest Florida — with littles welcome at almost all of our classes and optional childwatch available at select offerings.

Our classes are designed around real life. That means babies may need to be held, toddlers may wander, someone may need to pause and rejoin, and the workout can still be worthwhile.
Our Story
Fit & Flow Mom Club began with a simple inspiration: to create a space where moms could move and bring their children along.
We started by meeting weekly to flow together while our kids played nearby, and those early yoga playdates quickly showed us how meaningful it was to have movement and motherhood exist in the same space.
What began as Mommy & Me Yoga Club naturally grew into something bigger. As our community expanded, so did our offerings — Pilates, fitness, prenatal movement, mom-only classes, family events, and more ways for moms to connect throughout Southwest Florida.
We each brought different strengths to the business. Athena came with years of yoga experience and a background in education, while Kaitlyn brought a professional dance background, strength, and a love of movement. Together, we built Fit & Flow around the idea that movement can be both effective and realistic for life as a mom.
Today, Fit & Flow is about more than a workout. It’s about creating space for moms to move, laugh, connect, and feel part of a community — whether they’re prenatal, postpartum, or years into motherhood.

Athena is a mom, longtime yoga practitioner, educator, and co-founder of Fit & Flow Mom Club. After becoming a mom, she saw firsthand how hard it could be to find movement options that actually worked with life with a little one, and how much more motivating it felt to move alongside other moms.

She has practiced yoga for more than 20 years and is a RYT-200, Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), and certified Mat Pilates instructor. She also holds a Doctorate in Education and two master’s degrees and spent 15 years working in education.

Athena loves creating classes that feel welcoming, realistic, and still worthwhile. Whether that means a full workout, pausing to pick up a toddler, or adapting movement with a baby nearby.

As a mom herself, she believes women shouldn’t have to choose between caring for their children and making time to move, connect, and do something for themselves.
Kaitlyn is a mom of two energetic boys, a longtime dancer, movement instructor, and co-founder of Fit & Flow Mom Club.

She holds a degree in Dance and Journalism from Montclair State University, where she also studied yoga and movement science. She spent more than a decade performing professionally as a dancer on cruise ships, in theaters, and in casinos around the world, and has more than 15 years of experience teaching dance and fitness.

In 2017, Kaitlyn was crowned Miss New Jersey and later placed second runner-up at Miss America 2018, where her platform focused on confidence, connection, and the arts.

As a mom, Kaitlyn brings a very real understanding of what it means to want movement, community, and something for yourself while raising young children. She loves creating classes that feel upbeat, welcoming, and fun, while still giving moms a meaningful workout.

Originally from New Jersey and now based in Estero, Florida, Kaitlyn is passionate about helping build a community where moms can move, connect, and bring their kids along for the experience.
What Makes Fit & Flow Different
Mom-centered from the start.
Our classes are designed around the mom’s experience, with babies and kids welcome to be part of it.

Prenatal, postpartum, and beyond.
Fit & Flow isn’t just for the newborn stage. We offer movement and community for women through pregnancy, postpartum, and later stages of motherhood.

Real-life flexibility.
Kids need snacks. Babies need to be held. Toddlers wander. We plan for that, so you can still get a meaningful class without feeling like you’re disrupting anything.

More than one way to move.
Yoga, Pilates, fitness, prenatal classes, mom-only events, family pop-ups, and select child watch offerings mean there are different ways to be part of the community.
