Frequently Asked Questions
What is Fit & Flow Mom Club licensing?
Fit & Flow Mom Club licensing is a business licensing opportunity for instructors and entrepreneurs who want to bring a mom-centered movement business to their own community. The model can include Mommy & Me yoga, Mommy & Me Pilates, fitness, prenatal movement, special events, family programming, and other community-based offerings.

What is included in the Mommy & Me business licensing program?
The licensing program is designed to provide more than just permission to use the Fit & Flow Mom Club brand. It can include instructor training, business coaching, programming support, marketing guidance, brand resources, class and event concepts, and support for building a local Mommy & Me movement community.

Is instructor training included with Fit & Flow Mom Club licensing?
Yes. Instructor training through Motherhood Movement Institute™ is included with Fit & Flow Mom Club licensing. If you complete an eligible Motherhood Movement Institute course before becoming a licensee, the amount you paid for that course can be applied toward your licensing fee.

Do I need to already be certified to become a Fit & Flow Mom Club licensee?
No. If you are not already trained in Mommy & Me instruction, the licensing pathway can include the education you need through Motherhood Movement Institute™. This allows you to build the business model and complete the appropriate Mommy & Me yoga, Pilates, or fitness training as part of the process.

Can a Fit & Flow Mom Club business offer yoga, Pilates, fitness, prenatal classes, and events?
Yes. Fit & Flow Mom Club is designed as a flexible mom-centered movement business rather than a single-modality program. Depending on your qualifications, market, and licensing agreement, your offerings may include Mommy & Me yoga, Pilates, fitness, prenatal movement, family events, pop-ups, community experiences, and other aligned programming.

What if I want to start a Mommy & Me yoga or Pilates business but do not own a studio?
You do not necessarily need to own a studio to build a Fit & Flow Mom Club business. The model can work through partner venues, rented spaces, gyms, studios, community spaces, outdoor locations, and special event collaborations, depending on your local market and business plan.

Is Fit & Flow licensing a good fit for someone starting a Mommy & Me fitness business?
It can be. The program is designed for instructors and entrepreneurs who want help building a Mommy & Me fitness business, yoga business, Pilates business, or broader motherhood movement brand with established systems, training, programming, and support.

What is the difference between Fit & Flow Mom Club licensing and Motherhood Movement Institute™?
Motherhood Movement Institute™ focuses on instructor education and certification, including Mommy & Me yoga, Pilates, and fitness training. Fit & Flow Mom Club licensing focuses on the business side: brand use, programming, systems, coaching, marketing support, and building a local mom-centered movement community.

Can I complete the Motherhood Movement Institute course first and decide about licensing later?
Yes. You can begin with an eligible Motherhood Movement Institute course and explore Fit & Flow licensing later. If you move forward with licensing, the amount you paid for the eligible course can be applied toward your licensing fee.

Is Fit & Flow Mom Club licensing the same as a franchise?
No. Fit & Flow Mom Club is currently structured as a licensing opportunity, not a franchise. Licensing allows approved licensees to use specified brand assets, systems, programming, and business support under the terms of a licensing agreement.

Who is a good fit for a Mommy & Me business licensing opportunity?
The program may be a good fit for yoga instructors, Pilates instructors, fitness professionals, prenatal and postpartum movement specialists, studio owners, and entrepreneurs who want to build a community-based business serving moms through movement, events, and connection.
