Service Description

A feel-good mat Pilates- inspired class blended with functional movement is designed for moms. This 45-minute session blends gentle strength, core work, and stretching. Expect a supportive, no-pressure environment where you can get a great workout while your mini joins in, hangs out nearby, or plays with the other kids! All babies and young children are welcome. Mats and props are provided. Suggested Parking: The Denison Parking Garage on Main St. is only a block away and free for two hours.
